Above average communication skills in written and oral EnglishSolid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)Preferably with at least 1 year of related work experienceHands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)Ability to multi-taskGood interpersonal and organizational skillsAmenable to work on shifting scheduleAchieve goals and targetsConsistently demonstrate behaviors emulating Transcom valuesConsistently adhere to company policies and code of conductFamiliarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)Ability to work in teams, as well as work on their own with minimal supervisionStrong decision-making skillsPromote the company's reputation as the "best place to work"Preferred experience with high-volume hiringPreferred experience in the Call Center BPO industryPreferred experience working with candidates in the United States and/or Canada What Life at Transcom is like
