Responsible in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding:Source and screen candidatesConduct Exam, Initial Interview and endorsement of candidate to Hiring ManagerNegotiation and Job OfferIssuance of training agreements and employment contractsFacilitate HR OrientationActs as Company advocate to identify sources of candidates by initiating and maintaining relationship with outside sources such as employment agencies, job fair sponsor, schools and colleges, or through other recruitment sourcing channels.Maintains an applicant tracking system and ensures timely recruitment reportManage pre-employment requirements and 201 filesPerforms other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time The Ideal CandidateCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalentRequired language (s): English, FilipinoAt least 6 months of working experience in volume, executive and technical hiring, preferably in the BPO/Fintech industryRequired Skill (s): Recruitment, Sourcing, HR Business Partnering,Business Writing, Public Speaking, MarketingCan start ASAPWilling to work in Kalaw, Manila and Makati
