HOPLA.Online is looking for SR. Recruitment Specialist to enforce our team and help more talented remote professionals & companies meet each other. You'll be the driving force of our recruitment process and participate in internal HR projects.

Your days will be filled with:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and other creative methods.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge about position requirements.
  • Conduct initial Google Meet interviews to assess candidates' qualifications for assigned roles, followed by second-round interviews and feedback provision for generic and admin positions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the recruitment team.

Who we are looking for:

  • At least college-level
  • 4+ years of proven experience in HR & Recruitment in the BPO company (offline or online)
  • Experience in a remote work environment is an asset
  • You are well-versed with modern recruitment strategies, including job boards, outsourcing websites, Facebook Jobs & LinkedIn
  • You have developed a network of candidates in your social media accounts: FB, LinkedIn
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes and interview techniques
  • Experience in creating Recruitment reports in the BPO environment is a plus
  • You are a confident user of Canva & Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A stable internet connection and peaceful working space is a must
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
