Responsibilities:
  • Conducts daily PSFU on the designated department.;
  • Ensures 100% call outs and accurate entry of data;
  • Daily creation, encoding and monitoring of al I inquiries and concerns in C4C and SAP;
  • Ensures all VOCs or Voice of the Customer, whether positive or negative, are shared/reported to related departments through the Supervisors and Managers coming from all channels of communication (SAP, Viber, FB, email, etc.);
  • Handles inquiries and concerns until resolution;
  • Assists related departments in their needs, queries and other CS activities;
  • Prepares the assigned reports and ensures timely, accurate submission to TM P and Dealer Management.;
  • Handles and coordinates CWD matters of assigned department;
  • Ensures the daily achievement and compliance to Dealer Operational Guidelines;
  • Covid Patrol: Ensures that Team members and customers on the strict compliance to dealer safety protocols;
  • Achieves passing score on all TDSP KPIs of the department with focus on CRO Quarterly Proficiency Exam;
  • Attends all internal and TMP Initiated Trainings.
