Customer Service Officer

POSITION PURPOSE
Customer Service: Managing communication platforms to interact with customers to help them with their inquiries that lead or generate sales and/or develop new customers. Resolves customer concerns, issues, and complaints. Understand and identify the needs of the customers to achieve satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In addition to following the company's policies and procedures, below are the elaborated duties and responsibilities but not limited to:
- Handles the brand's Facebook community management and email
- Answers customer inquiries like product availability, e-store ordering process (payment, shipment, tracking, etc.), promotions, returns and exchanges, etc.
- Offers product/s based on the customers' request, needs, and capability. Able to assist on sales online and in-store sales;
- Receives and replies to customer complaints with coordination with the concerned person, department, and management.
- Reports to the Brand Head and Operations Vice-President.
- Studies and understands customers' needs. Helps to develop processes to standardize daily store operations.
- Supports store staff resolve customer-related concerns.
- Coordinates with various departments – Merchandising/E-com Fulfillment Team, Brand Marketing, Operations, and courier partner, etc.
