QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education : Master's Degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC OR CES/CSE Eligibility ORBachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT)/Computer Science/Engineering/Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and IT Certification OR any other degree course and IT Certification OR with post graduate degree course related to IT
Experience : 5 years of supervisory/management experience; with 5 years experience in IT
Training : 120 hours of supervisory /management training/learning and development intervention OR Minimum of 40 hours of management training/ learning and development intervention and maximum of 80 hours of technical training programs related to:
