Being a Creative Team Lead at Omni Channel Solutions PH, Inc. is a rare hybrid. You are both a talented creative in your own right and a natural leader who is able to guide your team to deliver the incredible win our clients depend on us for. You oversee a small team of talented and passionate graphic designers. Together your focus is on delivering high-quality and commercial creative solutions that effectively tell our Client's brand story, build awareness and ultimately help drive conversion.

You are a passionate builder of people, you will strive to support the development of your team, providing challenging and stretching tasks, conducting regular performance-focused conversations and acting as a strong coach and mentor to those around you.

You are recognized as being highly organized and possessing a strong sense of speed to execution. You have a solid grasp of managing projects including but not exclusive to; scheduling, quoting timelines, assisting with pricing and estimation, pipeline tracking, stakeholder relations, liaising with vendors and contractors, etc). You assist in the development and implementation of standard operating processes and procedures and the subsequent training of these across your team. You will remain involved in the conceptualization and execution of design but with a scaled-back project pipeline in order to focus on your project management and supervisory duties.

You have a curious nature and combined with your strong communication and listening skills are able to ask the right questions to fully understand what the client wants and needs. You are a keen observer of people and culture. You have your finger on the pulse of design and are able to identify what styles are currently trending.

You are good at bringing the creative ideas of others to market. You have good judgment about which creative ideas and suggestions will work and have a sense of managing the creative process of others.

You can clearly comfortably delegate routine and important tasks and decisions. You trust your team to perform and are there to support them when they need you. You are able to spend your time and direct your team to spend theirs on what is important. You can quickly sense what will help or hinder achieving a goal or deadline. You accurately scope out the length and difficulty of tasks and projects. You set objectives and goals and break down work into the process steps. You develop schedules and task/people assignments; anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks and evaluate results. You are good at establishing clear directions, setting stretching objectives, and distributing workloads appropriately. You maintain a two-way dialogue with others on work and results and bring out the best in people. You are a clear communicator.

DAILY TASKS

  • Managing creative projects currently in development, including supporting on exploratory calls, establishing statements of works, quoting timelines, pricing, working with individual designers on their process, proofing/reviewing creative work from the team, updating/communicating/aligning with customers throughout the course of a project, and managing final deliverables.
  • You onboard, train, lead and develop a high performing team of graphic designers
  • Delegate and supervise execution of creative projects
  • Produce attractive and effective designs for all media to tell our Brands story
  • Deliver high quality, on-brand, scalable graphics solutions and ensure consistent quality content is delivered on time, every time.
  • Edit and refine graphic designs into finished products
  • Research industry trends and help train and develop team members in new processes.
  • Help ensure quality and consistency of design projects.
  • Maintain validity of any necessary or mandated platform or partner certifications that are required of your role
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally within Channel Bakers and other key stakeholders

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field
  • Full-time employee of Omni Channel Solutions
  • Skilled user of Adobe Suite Products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple competing responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Planning and scheduling experience preferred but not required
