The Learning & Development (L&D) Lead will, execute training needs today, and co-create the future L&D strategy and framework following the direction of the Head of Learning and Development, under the Talent Acquisition COE.

Approach to Learning & Development and creation of a training catalogue will enable ECLARO's employees to become 'future ready' through skill development, knowledge, and capability building to achieve our Vision.

Key initiatives will include, but not limited to, co-creation of a competency framework or skill foundation that will inform and drive our future learning agenda, skill assessment and/or skill (gap) mapping of employees, learning needs analysis to inform individual career development and selection of learning or training courses, creation of a training catalogue, training vendor selection and management, maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS) and management of training delivery. From a day-to-day basis including creating in-house training courses in certain key processes and employee function and including daily training interactions with teams that need learning intervention. Teaching the recruitment team best in class practices for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for a variety of positions across different industries.

The Following Job Scope

  • Train recruiters on full-cycle recruitment for US-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
  • Train the recruitment team on best practices to maximize applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Content Creation with the objective to train the team about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and talent acquisition in the United States.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and client stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and client nuances, to develop recruitment strategies that align with their goals.
  • Support process documentation on newly created process.
  • Support creation of individual career development plans and selection of learning courses
  • Support of training delivery and facilitation, if required in-house training courses in certain processes
  • Track learning metrics through the business intelligence (BI Team) and link learning to operational improvement.
  • Learning needs analysis (including interviews) with business leaders
  • Co-create strategy and, lead the execution, and process ownership of L&D initiatives.
  • Skill assessment and/or skill mapping support for all employees.
  • Leverage LMS for additional training needs and administration.
  • Execution of a training catalogue
  • Execution of a competency framework or skill foundation to drive L&D framework

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor's degree with proven track record as in recruitment leader who is able to deploy training materials.
  • Experience in working in recruitment with NA (North American) candidates and clients.
  • Experience in L&D space with high-level of autonomy
  • Affinity of use for and knowledge of HRIS tools in form of LMS, e-learning providers, record management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker and fast adapter to ever-changing internal and external environment
  • Strong time management and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effective with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • A problem solver and critical thinker dedicated to continuous improvement.
  • Prior experience in a consulting position.
  • Able to collaborate and also lead with decision making.
