Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Customer Care

This is a full-time role and would involve handling various tasks like the following

Responsibilities Data entry into HRIS database and other databases / checklists on new/updated employee details (end to end on-boarding of New Hires and management of External Workers (contractors).
•Adding, changing, closing, cloning positions/ Job Data Records.
•Tax details, Work schedules and Leave Entitlements.
•Managing Public Holiday schedules, Mass uploads, Security profiles, Position Management/Employment Categories. Mass Uploads / Restructures.
•Mass data uploads Transformation of data with interfaces (CI), large restructures, reconciliation of data.
•Automation support and oversight. · Responsible for process execution / documentation at their level; · Executes tasks which are mostly well defined and routine; · Shares knowledge / best practices; and · Adheres to defined performance level parameters (productivity, quality etc.). Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Graduate of any year course.


•Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail.


•Collaboration skills (with operations, support functions, and internal external clients).


•Proficient written and verbal communication skills.


•Ability to manage client queries related to Core HR processes.

· Excellent attendance record With high level of confidentiality and professionalism

· Excellent Analytical Skills

· Proficiency in MS office required

· Excellent Interpersonal Skills and communication skills

· Strong stakeholder management skills; advanced analytical & problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail

· Skillset/Work Experience or Background on the following:

o Data entry into HRIS database and other databases / checklists on New/Updated employee details (end to end on-boarding of New Hires and management of External Workers (contractors)

o Tax details, Work schedules & Leave Entitlements, Managing Public Holiday schedules, Mass uploads, Security profiles, Position Management/Employment Categories. Mass Uploads / Restructures. Managing Cost Centers

o Adding, changing, closing, cloning positions/ Job Data Records

o Strong stakeholder management skills; advanced analytical & problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail.

· Knowledge on Payroll Concepts & Taxation (preferably Australian/New Zealand /International Payroll) such as but not limited to:

o Setting-up of payroll calendar & schedules;

o Managing employee data manual/mass changes for entry into payroll system;

o Applying payroll paid in arrears and payroll paid current;

o Validating employee data changes from system of record to payroll system;

o Identifying adjustments or corrections/errors and update the payroll system;

o Post payroll reconciliation review & reports; as well as Year End Activities;

o Legislative knowledge on tax, pay frequency, and minimum pay.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Relevant HRIS/Data Management experience, preferably in an Australian shared services setup.

· In-depth knowledge in HR Administration systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and/or Payroll Systems.
