Job Description:

We're looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Policy Admin - Dynamic Pool t eam at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to:

  • Process and analyze transactions in line with the Service Level Agreement set with the Business Unit
  • Attain Mastery of Business Unit Policies governing the transactions being processed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and analyze transactions in line with the Service Level Agreement set with the Business Unit
  • Attain Mastery of Business Unit Policies governing the transactions being processed
  • Report all system issues that may affect the operations
  • Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year data/BPO experience as a requirement, undergrads with 2 years of data/BPO experience
  • Amenability to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and Philippine holidays (when needed)
  • Amenability to work in U.P. Ayala Land Technohub, Quezon City OR Mactan Newtown, Cebu
  • Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
  • Basic knowledge with MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to compose grammatically correct, clear and concise communication
  • Minimum keyboarding skills of at least 30 words per minute
  • Knowledge of browsers and relevant computer applications. Exhibits good navigation skills
  • Continuously proactive in identifying improvements
  • Team player as well as ability to work independently in a changing environment
  • Ability to work independently and willing to collaborate with other team members
