The Territory Sales Specialist is responsible to establish and implement plans to grow the business in the assigned area (NCR).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Field duty (Tues-Sat) flexi timeMaybe asked to report to Head Office in Bagumbayan, Taguig on a weekly basis (typically on a Monday)Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunitiesMeet with potential clients to determine their needsDeveloping innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territoryAnalyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniquesEnsuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectationsConducting surveys to better understand customer needsBuild and maintain relationships with existing clients by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely mannerAll accounts in the assigned area, mostly national accounts: SM, Robinsons, Puregold, Hitop, San Roque Supermarket and Gentrade accountsContinually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and servicesStay current with trends and competitors within the assigned territory to identify improvements or recommend new productsPrepares data driven sales reportsAttend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the jobBuild and maintain professional networksQUALIFICATIONSCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalentMust have at least 2 years' experience in B2B sales in general and modern trade and retail marketingProficient in sales processes and has experience in FMCGHas the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsSound negotiation and consultative sales skillsEffective communication skillsExceptional customer service skillsTeam Player, Results drivenExcellent communication skills (Tagalog & English)Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPointWilling to travel via public transportation. Meal and Transpo will be reimbursed.
