WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

The incumbent acts as the in-house expert supporting the day-to-day operations of the Sales Force Automation solution (SFA) and maintain the upkeep of classification and definition of Trade Channels, Trade Segmentation, Outlet types.

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales System (SFA solutions) Support and MaintenanceAdminister SFA system setup, administration, configuration, maintenance and optimizationMonitor active SFA and back office users and ensure the correct access level based on function and roleCoordinate with IT / third party solutions provider in terms of monitoring issues/errors escalated by DSO and DP users.Participation in Business Testing related to Application Change Requests, Systems Upgrade or deployment of fix to resolved system bugsProvide status/feedback of pending issues/errors encountered and monitor until resolutionParticipation in TME training courses (new entrants) and assist in the development of User's Training manuals for (Field force and Backoffice)Trade Classification and Segmentation UpkeepDevelop, implement and update classification and definition of Trade Channels and Outlet types and manage the deployment and maintenance in the Sales SystemMonitor, update and maintain relevance of channel definitionsDevelop a process and ensure the field force users understand and adhere to safeguard the integrity of the channel definitions and trade segmentation in the creation of new customersCustomer Master Data (CMD) ManagementImplement CMD processes and ensure the policy is adhere to by devising the right level of control and monitoringCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure clarity of process, define areas of accountability, and ensurecompleteness and accuracy of customer master dataContinuously review processes and recommend improvement opportunitiesTerritory Master Data ManagementResponsible for the maintaining and management of Coverage Plan and Territory Hierarchy to support the implementation of the territory approachEstablish process for the setup and maintenance of Territory Boundaries in alignment with SIBI and RTM teamsPerform regular update of Territory Boundaries and customer tagging in collaboration with field M&S leadersPeople management Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, IT or any other highly quantitative fields.Minimum 5 years experience in operational support, database management, preferably with multinational FMCG.Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)Data reporting and analysis, KPI & performance measurementsTrade survey planning, executionExcellent analytical system knowledge (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SQL)Good understanding of commercial analysis (Retail Audit, Tracker, Trade Marketing and Sales KPIs)Familiar with Route to Market, Trade Segmentation, Trade Marketing Execution, Channel PlanningFunctional knowledge in IT processes (e.g. incident, problem, system change request)Familiar with Systems Development Lifecycle and deal with 3rd party solutions providerRelational Database Management System, SQL scripting and Data ModellingCompany and Business KnowledgeSales SystemWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Have access to over 200 company trainingWell-being programs for employeesOpportunities for your career growthRecreational facilities in the office - Videoke, billiard and table tennisBe part of a truly international and diverse company with over 40,000 employees in 130 countries.Experience the culture of an Investors in People certified companyFind out why 9 out of 10 employees recommend us to a friend.Understand why 9 out of 10 employees say they feel free to be themselves.WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS - THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS:Thank you very much for your interest in the role.
