Medical Technologist (Territory Manager)

Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices (Healthcare & Medical)

As a Territory Sales Specialist at FAS Diagnostic Group Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth, market presence, and revenue within your assigned territory. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, overseeing the implementation of marketing projects, fostering revenue growth, managing hospital accounts, and maintaining accurate records and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory to expand our customer base.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our diagnostic products.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and tactics to optimize revenue and market share.

Marketing Project Implementation:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional initiatives and product launches within the territory.
  • Ensure that marketing projects are seamlessly integrated into your sales strategy for maximum impact and effectiveness.

Hospital Account Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for hospital accounts within your territory, addressing their needs, concerns, and requests.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, providing exceptional service to build and maintain long-term relationships.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales activities, revenue, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of prior experience in sales and territory management is a plus but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn and undergo training is required.
  • Understanding of in vitro diagnostics, healthcare industry, and the products/services offered by FAS Diagnostic Group Inc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Paco Manila. (Non-Negotiable)
  • Willing to render half-day work on Saturdays. (Twice a month)
  • Must be willing to do field work on the assigned territories.
