Description: The People Solutions Generalist I is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering Human Resources programs and working with key stakeholders to build a relationship of trust, ensuring alignment between Human Resources strategy and overall business objectives.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluating, analyzing, and implementing all Human Resources activities which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent and performance management
  2. Provide consulting services, through cross-departmental partnerships, to managers regarding team member performance, management practices, human resource policies, talent management, and compensation
  3. Receive, process and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, as necessary
  4. Partner with stakeholders to develop and support proactive Human Resources solutions in alignment with the organization's overall strategies
  5. Conducting initial orientation to newly hired or newly promoted employees and other HR learning sessions
  6. Ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of Human Resources processes, working within HRIS tools, in accordance with company policy and statutory/local laws
  7. Collect, maintain, analyze, and report on various types of key Human Resources metrics to assist management in effective decision making; develop clear visuals to communicate findings
  8. Prepare documentary requirements for HR Partners handling labor-related cases, as necessary
  9. Review Human Resources trends in the market and assist with execution of changes and improvements
  10. Communicate and reinforce the Company's values, philosophies, and Leadership Behaviors to assist in development of a high performing organization
  11. May help facilitate candidate selection processes, as necessary

Candidate Profile:

  1. 2 - 4 Years of Experience
  2. University Degree Preferred
  3. Experience with Workday preferred
  4. Working knowledge of labor relations
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  6. Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  7. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
  8. Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure in a virtual environment
  9. Strong attention to detail
