We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Head of Marketing Technology.

  • Build and consolidate expertise into a centre of excellence utility on a variety of digital marketing discipline eg web analytics, SEO, optimisation, tag management, content management and customer relationship management platforms
  • Define and implement strategic vision and direction for the service encompassing SEO, tag management, optimisation, web analytics and marketing solutions
  • Accountablility in meeting the service's KPI targets and maintained overall effectiveness of day-to-day operations
  • Initiate and implement processes and interventions to ensure standardised ways of working across the team, high-quality standards and increase customer satisfaction
  • Implement sustainable/scalable solutions that improve revenue, operational efficiency, risk reduction and client experience
  • Define future skills and technical capabilities required for self and the team, and work closely with support functions on gaps analysis, designing learning interventions and monitoring progress
  • Lead and manage multi-cultural team, set performance targets and contribute to employees' professional development through coaching and training

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of Marketing Technology and website management eg industry best practices, tools and latest trends
  • Technical expertise in using tools for SEO, tag management, web analytics and personalisation
  • A vision that will achieve efficiency targets while supporting revenue generating activities required by the business
  • Proven operations and change leadership experience and the ability to accomplish through others
  • People skills to develop capabilities of all team members through structured training programmes, embedding a coaching culture,peer-to-peer mentoring, and future skills
  • At least 5 years experience in leading cross-functional/multi-cultural team, and equipped in addressing key operational matters, such as risk and controls, people, technology, financials and business management

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
