ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Directly oversee specialized teams including Brand/Product Ops, Channel Strategy, Merchandising Operations, Field Execution, and Online Affiliate Channels Development.- Mentor and develop team leads, conduct performance evaluations, and set objectives.- Liaise actively with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives, to align GCash's trade marketing strategies with broader organizational goals.- Provide strategic direction in the development and implementation of comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data to identify trends, market opportunities, and challenges- Ensure data-driven decision-making across all trade marketing activities.- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for contractual agreements, pricing strategies, and compliance with legal regulations.- Oversee the commercial aspects of partnerships, sponsorships, and other trade marketing relationships.- Develop budgets and allocate resources to ensure cost-effective execution of trade marketing activities, achieving targeted ROI.QUALIFICATIONS:- With Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred.- Minimum of 10 years of experience in trade marketing or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.- With strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.- With experience in establishing and maintaining commercial governance structures.- With exceptional skill in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- With excellent verbal and written communication skills.- With proven track record in leading and managing teams.
