We are hiring HR Generalist for MPT Mobility

Job Summary:
We are excitedly looking for a positive, inquisitive HR Generalist, who loves streamlining processes and problem-solving. The candidate will ensure that HR operates efficiently and is aligned with business direction. In addition, our new HR Generalist will support the division and department heads in achieving corporate goals.

About the Role:
The HR Generalist is responsible for creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by authorities. The Generalist is responsible for providing HR guidance, analyzing metrics, resolving employee relations issues, and working with management to improve work relationships and productivity.

Training

• Prepares all logistical requirements of training activities.

• Assists in arranging training requirements of the account (ex. reservation, payment, logistics etc)

• Suggests possible training interventions to the account

• Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development

Employee Relations Activities

• Assists in the administration of grievance proceedings and transcribes relevant details.

• Arranges for exit interviews and encodes data in shared file.

• Attends employee communication programs such as account department or division meetings, HRU, Forum with the President etc

• Keeps abreast of new trends and practices in industrial relations

• Monitors and records related expenses regularly.

Other Tasks

• Administering compensation and benefit plans

• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

• Ability to work independently with little supervision required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong professionalism and organizational and planning skills
