  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Participate and comply with HCL internal process and expectations
  • Ability to handle large applications with stringent SLA's
  • Ability to have a full understanding of the applications end-to-end
  • Managing a large team working on a 24X7 environment
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and and smooth operation of business
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Participating in Governance at per customer charter Daily, Weekly, monthly , Qtly and adhoc ones
  • Establishing a timeline and protocol for harder-to-solve problems
  • Improving employee training, upward mobility, and retention
  • Coordinate with L1, and L3 team for execution of projects
  • Mold the team to work on Automation / Go Green plans/ CSIP / Value adds
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed plan to track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements and skills

  • Creating a positive customer experience
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies viz UNIX / LINUX, SQL , DevOps
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel
  • PMP certification is a plus
