Key Accounts Head

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and competent Sales Head to handle bulk orders and other sales activities of our company from outright and concession accounts. He/she will also be responsible in acquiring new business opportunities with other service providers and facilitate training programs for them.
The Sales Head will be developing business growth strategies to maximize sales. He/she will also be analyzing and negotiating contract terms with vendors, suppliers, and business partners. He/she should be able to manage the company’s inventory and storage area efficiently.
He/she should be a customer-centric and detail-oriented person to excel in this job role. The analytical and negotiation skills will prove beneficial in establishing long-term business relationships. He/she should be self-motivated and able to work under strict deadlines and stressful situations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Accounting or related fieldProven work experience as a Sales Account Head or a similar position in the Sales department, preferably in retail and sporting goodsComplete understanding of inventory management Must be motivated and driven to improve salesExcellent analytical and negotiation skillsAbility to conduct market researchDetail-oriented and customer-centric individualProblem-solving abilityGood computer skillsExcellent multitasking and organizational skillsAbility to manage stressful situationsGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership skillsAbility to leverage business-building opportunitiesWilling to travel in Vismin areas on a quarterly basis, in Luzon areas for at least six times a year and in NCR areas for at least thrice a weekWilling to go on weekday off
Responsibilities
Identifying and contacting potential business partners, vendors, and suppliersSeeking and managing bulk orders and purchasesEstablishing new and existing long-term business relationshipsNegotiating contract terms and conditions with business partners and vendorsDeveloping and achieving sales objectivesReviewing sales figures and performancesAnalyzing and developing strategies to maximize salesAttending trade shows, meetings, and networking eventsSupervising and reviewing employee’s performanceOrganizing and maintaining inventoryEnsuring all deliveries are received and dispatched on timeReviewing and evaluating sales KPIs and preparing sales reportAnticipating demand and acquiring new materialsMaintaining a record of all accounts payable and receivableFacilitating staff training workshops and providing necessary mentorship
