The Key Account Specialist mainly assists in maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important accounts. Assigned to specific target areas and sales groups, this role is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned key account objectives; representing the entire range of company products and services to assigned key accounts while ensuring the customers' needs and expectations are met by the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. People Management - Creating an engaged, committed team and holding team accountable for their performance
  2. Management of Existing and Potential Accounts - Oversees account management, conducts sales activities, develops revenue plans, researches and opens new accounts, monitors market dynamics, ensures proper merchandising, coordinates with departments, and supervises merchandisers for sales objectives.
  3. Marketing and Sales Promotion - Develops sales-generating programs and collaborates with the Marketing Team on ideation, planning, budgeting, and implementation of in-store activities, marketing calendars, point-of-sales materials, and promotions to meet monthly sales targets, manage logistics, and ensure product visibility across assigned retail stores.
  4. Sales Performance and Reporting - Collaborates with the Sales Director to establish realistic sales goals, achieves assigned quotas in strategic accounts, analyzes program effectiveness through sales data tracking, conducts yearly account reviews, monitors and manages expenses, and provides regular sales reports and performance updates to the management.
  5. Sales Collection - Supervises and monitors monthly accounts receivables, oversees collection processes, sales updates, check deliveries, coverage plans, and ensures the timely remittance of payments and overdue receivables to Billing and Credit and Collections.
  6. Customer Relationship Management -
    Proactively communicates with clients, ensures timely payment clearance, resolves issues, handles concerns, and expands the client database to achieve strategic customer objectives.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  7. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  8. Preferably with experience in sales. Background in retail account management is a plus.
  9. Adept in retail sales field with strong negotiation and analytical skills, ability to thrive under pressure, collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrating strong presentation skills.
  10. Proficient in computer skills and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  11. Willing to do field work from Monday-Saturday, and report to our office at Bagumbayan, Taguig when needed. (Usually on a weekly basis)
  12. Willing to travel via public transportation (Meal and transportation expenses will be reimbursed)
