JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepares and sends quotations of the Account Managers to their respective clients.Assists the Account Managers in getting updates from the proposals that were sent to the clients.Assists the Account Manager in securing documents and information for bidding requirements.Coordinates directly with the Purchasing in-charge regarding pricing inquiries of the clients.Coordinates with the service desk team on requests for technical support in the absence of the Account Manager.Manages telephone calls and arranges appointment schedules with the client in the absence of the Account Manager in-charge.Reports any customer complaints or issues encountered in their daily work routine to the immediate superior.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Must be a graduate of BS Business Administration or any related course. Vocational diploma may be considered.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Has strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office applications.Must have the ability to multi-task and function well under pressure.Must be a team-player and willing to operate in a fast-paced work environment.
