Job Description
The Client Service Manager (CSM) supports the local Business Unit Director handling regional accounts in annual and monthly planning activities and output. Responsible for creating the media flowcharts as directed by the regional account’s local representatives/lead. Creates monthly implementation plans and changes, media reports, and innovations.

Overview of the role
As a CSM you will be responsible for:
Managing the entire media process from strategic recommendations, as well as detailed plan preparation, and implementation, including review of plan performance of assigned brandsSeeking and recommending viable media opportunities for brands handled that lead to incremental billings.
Assisting in managing financial reports and ensuring timely submissions to respective units involved
Overseeing and making sure that there is a proper implementation of the Media Objectives & Strategy and Visual Media Schedule for brands handled.
Giving a clear briefing to media vendors in cases of cost requirements for media placements after clearing with Business Unit leads in coordination with the Trading and Accountability (Media Planning and Buying) team
Able to prepare media review documents for brands, as well as campaign media recommendations.

Job Qualifications

A graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, AB Communication or its equivalentAt least 5-7 years of work experience in a marketing, advertising, or media agency Must be highly organized, innovative, analytical, and keen to detailA team playerMust be proactive and action-oriented with high customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHere’s your chance to be part of our growing family.
