JOB SUMMARY
A Sales & Marketing Associate provides crucial support to the Sales & Marketing Team, ensuring streamlined operations and efficient coordination of tasks including sales data management, report preparation, and promotional material facilitation. This role entails meticulous attention to detail in monitoring and tracking budget spending, approved Promo Authorization Forms, and Trade/Distributors' claims.


RESPONSIBILITIES


*   Prepares comprehensive sales data such as Weekly & Monthly Sales Reports categorized by SKU, account, and area, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*   Gathers, compiles, and summarizes trade returns including BOs, and provides scheduled or ad-hoc reports to the Sales & Marketing teams as required.
*   Monitor, update, and reconcile Sales & Marketing expenses against the approved budget, collaborating with the Accounting department as necessary:
*   Regular tracking of Sales & Marketing approved Promo Authorization Form
(PAF) and aid in processing requests.
*   Support Marketing team in coordinating events sponsorships including preparation of marketing materials to be used. Verify the accuracy and completeness of requests for both pre and post-event activities.
*   Prepares Distributors' Rebate & Quarterly DSP Incentives with adherence to approved mechanics and deadlines.
*   Responsible for receiving and releasing promotional/merchandising materials in coordination with the Warehouse, ensuring efficient distribution to the Sales Team according to set timelines.
Ensuring the precise set-up of price lists in coordination with Accounting.
*   Processes cash advances, and hotel & food bookings for Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Planning.
*   Keeps and maintains sales and collection data files, correspondence, reports, invoices, contracts, and other documents.
*   Answers incoming telephone calls, relays messages, and attends to the department's needs and follow-up actions.
*   Keeps and maintains a clean and orderly office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent;With at least 2 years of work experience as Sales or Admin Assistant preferably from an FMCG companyWith good oral and written communication skillsPleasing personalityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel & Powerpoint presentations.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced settingsProficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational prowess and a keen eye for detail.
