Keeping the Ledger Straight: Your Role in Financial Harmony
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple real estate entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts on a monthly basis.Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.Prepare monthly financial reports for each real estate entity.Utilize accounting software and other financial management tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Number Crunchers Wanted: Are You Ready to Balance the Books
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably within the real estate industry.Quickbooks Pro certified.Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and real estate accounting principles.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders.Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.QuickBooks an QB Pro Certified is a nice to have.Fin-tastic Perks Await: Dive into a Sea of Financial Rewards
