Job Overview: Quick Glance Under the Hood
Be part of our client’s team as a Field Service Report Auditor. You'll review and verify field service reports for accuracy and compliance, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with teams to improve processes. Enjoy a role that combines data analysis with impactful recommendations, driving excellence in industrial maintenance solutions.
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Mon - Fri 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM
(Following US Business Hours; 8AM to 5PM CST)
Work setup: Temporary WFH, Makati
Responsibilities: Daily Tune-Up Tasks
Review field service reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.Verify the authenticity of data and documentation provided in the reports.Identify and investigate/report any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies within field service reports.Communicate findings and provide recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with field service teams to address issues and improve the reporting process.Maintain accurate records of audit findings and actions taken.Perform other data entry and report management tasks as assigned.
