Responsibilities:Recruitment
Screen and sort applications receivedInvite applicants for interviewsConduct interviews and assess applicants suitability for the postCoordinate with the Training Department for applicant’s training scheduleMaintain the social media accounts of the companyEmployee Relations
Assist employees with their government requirementsManage the bank accounts of the employeesPrepare assessments, certificates, contracts and renewals of contracts, and other paperwork that may be requiredProcess working visas and AEP (knowledge in this area is preferred)Maintain employee confidence and protect the operations by keeping all the Human Resource information confidentialGeneral HR Tasks
Maintain HR trackers and filesHelp the HR Head make daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the statsProcess work permits forms in any case necessaryAssist all documentation and improvements for the companyFulfill other tasks that may be assigned by the HR HeadQualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or an equivalentMust have good command of the English languageMust be proficient in Skype, MS Office, Google SheetsMust be willing to be trainedMust be a team playerMust have a competitive attitudeWilling to work in the morning shift (9 AM to 6 PM) from Tuesday to SaturdayOffice address: 10F King's Court I Building, 2129 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City.The following are a plus but are not required:
Experience in the ESL/EFL IndustryKnowledge in Facebook Analytics and social media managementDesigning advertisementsCreating content for social mediaWork Schedule:> Work on-site:
Tuesday to Saturday9 AM to 6 PMRest days: Sunday to MondayNo work on Philippine holidays (If the holiday falls on your off-day, you can offset the holiday)Benefits:
