In this capacity, you will provide resolution to escalations, handle service requests, mailbox and records management to seamlessly serve our customers as well. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will be:

To receive, acknowledge, enter, and process orders into the Business System.To respond to general inquiries and requests received from the mailbox and counterparts then identify the need for escalations.To notify customers of the promised delivery date and provide shipment confirmation to customers.To update order records and status of Orders and Service Request Tickets in the Business SystemTo provide necessary assistance for Project InitiativesTo initiate discussions of Service Request cases and leading triage meetings.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year courseAt least 2 years of experience related to documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support or function.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.Foundational and useable knowledge in CRM, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Betsy,PowerBI Dashboard and SharepointApplicable business processes and system tools, including Oracle, FileNet, eDocs, and SharePoint.
