You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our client's customer data, contributing to their operational efficiency and decision-making processes. Your Role in Data Excellence

Data Entry:

Input alphanumeric data from source documents into designated databases or electronic files.Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry by reviewing and verifying information for errors or discrepancies.Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality. Data Validation and Cleansing: Validate and cleanse data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.Identify and correct errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies in data entries.Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity. Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files containing data records.Update and edit existing records as needed to reflect changes or corrections.Adhere to document retention policies and confidentiality requirements. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.Review and verify data against source documents or reference materials.Document and report any data quality issues or anomalies for resolution. Timely Delivery: Meet established productivity and accuracy targets for data entry tasks.Prioritize and manage workload to ensure timely completion of assignments.Communicate proactively with supervisors or team leads regarding any challenges or delays. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.Propose and implement process improvements, such as automation or standardization initiatives.Collaborate with team members to share best practices and optimize workflows.
