What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities and Duties

Data Collection:

Contact leasing offices at various apartment complexes via phone to gather rent and occupancy data.Utilize online resources to collect relevant data when direct contact is not possible.Input collected data accurately into provided Excel templates, ensuring completeness and correctness. Property Research: Conduct research on a list of properties to gather ownership, loan, and other pertinent data.Use various online databases and resources to obtain and verify information.Maintain organized records of all collected data for easy reference and reporting. Data Management: Ensure all collected data is stored securely and organized.Regularly update and maintain data within Excel templates.Assist in preparing research reports by providing accurate and timely data. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with leasing office personnel during data collection.Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection methods.Provide regular updates to supervisors on data collection progress and any encountered issues. Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other research-related tasks as needed.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data collection and property research.Qualifications You Need to Succeed with Us:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.Proven experience in data collection, research, or a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data entry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and databases is a plus.
