Sales and Business Development Supervisor

The Sales and Business Development Supervisor handles and oversees sales and recruitment strategies for degree program through counselling, phone calls, in-person appointments, and sales and recruitment events.
Responsibilities
Plans, develops, and coordinates marketing and sales activities and events for assigned program.Leads and executes conversion from prospect to enrolleesAchieve enrollment targets thru pro-active and consistent follow through and counselling of prospective students and partners.Acts as the primary contact for all marketing and sales related activities/opportunities.Tracks and maintains records of all contacts and prepares reports when needed.Responsible for achieving the enrollment target through conversion of leads/prospects to enrollees.
Job Specification
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related course
Minimum Experience
Minimum three years’ experience in business development, sales, direct marketing, and/or relationship management.-
