Area Sales Supervisor

Role description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree;With at least 3 to 5 years of experience leading a team in the field of medical equipment; With experience handling government accounts and tenders.Must be able to train, coach, and motivate the sales force to perform effectively the duties and responsibilities.Know how to handle existing accounts and maintain professional relationships with KOLs.Must be results-oriented and have a strong motivation to hit targets.Skills required: good leadership, sales planning, execution skills, excellent product presentation, and management skills.Preferably a resident in the following areas: NCR District 2, NCR District 3, Central Luzon

Responsibilities:

Reaches monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetCreates activity to promote and sell company’s productMonitors team effort on appointments with doctors, end-users, administrative hospital staff and other key decision-makers to organize product presentationsBuilds and maintains positive working relationships with clientsIdentifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitorsMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; benchmark state-of-the-art practices; participate in professional societies conventions and exhibits.Prepares monthly reports, bidding documents and other contractsMentors less experienced agents in performing their jobs as Business Sales Executive in the Medical Equipment IndustryIdentifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers.
