Qualifications & experience

Graduate of Food Technology, Marketing or any business courses.Must have a minimum of three (3) years' work experience as a sales supervisor in food manufacturing industry or similar setting.Strong negotiation and people skills is a must.Familiarity with handling food products such as seasoning, condiments, sauces and flavorings. Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Filipino language.

Tasks & responsibilities

Work hand in hand with the Sales Manager in terms of leading, directing and motivating the department to achieve overall corporate sales objectives.Assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales plan strategies, possible sales opportunities and appropriate business targets. Handle customer issues, resolution, incident and other related concerns.
