We not only jointly provide the IELTS test, but we also help test-takers prepare and gain confidence through IELTS support tools and guidance.

Summary

The Finance team is responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of both statutory and management information and are the custodians of the company’s assets.

The Finance Systems team sits within IDP corporate and liaises with stakeholders and external support providers to ensure that critical IDP systems are maintained and governed across our global network.

The need for a Billing System Administrator has emerged to join their highly experienced and professional team. In this role you will play a pivotal part supporting / maintenance and working across process and product improvement.

You will have a strong background working with billing systems, be passionate about customer experience and working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibility

Knowledge and background with Billing applications configuration and data mapping.Be the point of contact for Billing Platform queries and provide first level admin support.Understand the end-to-end processes that impact operation and finance and work with the team to achieve best practice business processes.Maintain, control, and support the Billing system through access control, data management, adherences to legislative compliance and effective system interfaces to produce accurate and up to date documentation.Monitor and implement systems to ensure billing master data is accurate and up to date (ability to understand contracts and pricing data to translate to a Billing system).Help manage the development of minor system enhancements and manage deployments through a systems development lifecycle.Assist with the creation and maintenance of a product roadmap of prioritized features and enhancements.Manage systems Integrations between Billing Platform and other systems.

Skills/Experience

Essential:

Billing systems configuration experience with ability to identify process improvement opportunities.Experience of working with billing systems and integrations between different systems (CRM or ERP systems).Understanding of project management methodologies.Strong understanding of Billing and Accounting practices.Strong Technology and Systems analysis background.Advanced knowledge of Systems Management.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge in SQL and able to create SQL-based formulas.

Highly Desirable

Business Analysis: expertise in writing and capturing requirements.Data Analysis: Business intelligence and data analysis skills.Process Analysis: process and optimisation methods and skills.Experience with an online task management tool such as Jira or equivalent.Experience with vendor management and contract management.
