  • Receive payment by cash or check
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
  • Greet customers entering establishments.
  • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
  • Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators or excell
  • Answer customers’ questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
  • Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.
  • Compute and record totals of transactions.
  • Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions.
  • Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins.
  • Pay company bills by cash, vouchers, or checks.
  • Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.

    Admin Services

  • Position will handle tracking and purchasing of inventory, assist with light book keeping duties, handle office filings, and provide telephone and visitor customer service.
Must be knowledgeable with providing high-level customers, capable of researching potential vendors and gathering quotations and preparing purchasing requests.

Qualified applicant must be organized, knowledgeable of Excel & Word, personable & friendly, professional, and have Personal and excellent phone skills.Ability to type in an acceptable speed.Can do multitasking and can work with minimal supervisionStrong English Proficiency & Tagalog is a must. Flexible work schedule a must. Also, Microsoft application skills and friendly warm personality is also a must.Graduate of at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalentMinimum of 1-3 years’ experience in similar positionAccounting skills is a plus.
