We are seeking a Technical Support Team Captain to lead our team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Assess incoming unassigned cases to determine priority and severity based on the Incident Management Impact and Urgency matrix.Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.Collaborate with other support team members and technical experts to resolve client issues effectively.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients, ensuring timely resolution.Communicate status of defect fixes, issues, and concerns to the Project & Operations team.Participate in the support on-call roster and manage any technical escalations.

Alert Monitoring:

Assess incoming unread emails and log cases to the Australian Level 1 Technical Consultant.Highlight repeat low-impact alerts to the Australian Level 1 Technical Consultant for possible deactivation.

Reporting:

Prepare nine customer reports for the Australian Senior Engineers on a regular basis.Ensure all reporting is accurate and delivered on time.

Information Security Management System (ISMS):

Adhere to the policies and procedures defined within the Evolution Systems ISMS.

Qualifications:

Certificate IV in IT or equivalent relevant experience.Certifications in desirable technologies.Knowledge or awareness of ISO 27001 and ITIL.Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Exchange, O365, and common applications.Understanding of Storage, Remote Desktop, and Public Cloud.Well-presented and professional demeanor.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines.Ability to prioritize tasks and work calmly under pressure.Strong team player with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proactive and willing to learn new skills.
