About the role


We are extremely excited to announce that we are inviting candidate applications for a Supervisor – GBS Commercial Support to be based in our GBS Manila office in Pasig City, Philippines on a hybrid working setup.

The Supervisor – GBS Commercial Support will oversee a team of Field Site Support Coordinators that will manage the entire process from requisition to posting of goods receipts, data entry, providing administrative assistance, and investigating and resolving errors in SAP 4 Hana.
What you will be doing
 

The Supervisor – GBS Commercial Support ensures the team delivers accurate and timely data entry and commercial administrative assistance. This includes managing work orders, FSS (Field Site Support) activities, and processing requisitions, invoices, and goods receipts. They will also oversee ad-hoc support requests, analyse key data for trends and corrective actions, and act as an SAP/system mentor, providing training as needed. The Supervisor will also identify and propose workflow and process improvements, manage staffing, and allocate work daily.
What you will bring

 

1-2 years' experience in similar roles (Preferred)1-2 years direct people/team management experience SAP S4 Hana experience  Advanced English skills - written and spoken (Required) Ability to support North American/AusPac/EMEA time zones. Proven ability to lead a team, including building a collaborative approach in the development of the direction and operations of the workstream. Proven influencer, able to manage processes across stakeholder groups and business boundaries, building the trust of others. Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives would be desirable. Demonstrates resilience and flexibility. Possess unquestioned reputation for integrity, ethics, personal values, and character.                                    Self-aware and open to feedback.   Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy, integrity & accountability.  High level decision making & problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, well organized, and logical, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
