DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project/Program Management and Partnerships Business DevelopmentPlans, monitors, and manages partner projects from initiation to completion to ensure client satisfaction and successSecures and manages resources and coordinates effectively with clients, colleagues and subcontractorsMeets contractual obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs, and timeframesUses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes Responsibilities include business and process development to implement or scale strategic initiativesStrategic Partner ProjectsManages service / product rollout projects with major partners, establishing and/or integrating systems and operational processesProcesses data and prepares reports for monitoringWork involves managing large-sized projects and multiple stakeholders with little supervision.Generate reports and prepare presentation decksDrive service integrations and improvement projects towards launch, within pre-defined constraints

Has Leadership and team building capabilitiesDemonstrates good communication skills at an executive sponsor and working team levelHas influencing and negotiating skillsKnows how to resolve conflict and is a team playerStakeholder ManagementPlanning and Resource ManagementBasic Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsProficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)Can create and deliver Powerpoint presentation to leaders and senior managementDemonstrates program management and project management methodologies.Work involves managing large-sized projects with little supervision.Projects are characterized as crossing multiple units, in a fast paced and dynamic technology or digital environment, which have stakeholders with diverse and conflicting needs, requiring integration of multiple applications or business processesProject are high project visibility, impact, and risk, requiring complex reporting and communication at the agency, enterprise, executive, and legislative levels. Projects managed at this level represent a significant capital investment for the company.Bachelor's Degree with a major in management, business, or a closely related field with at least four years of work experience that include managing communications, cost, staff, change, scope, and risk associated with project assignments or a Bachelor's Degree with a major in any field and 6 years of the working experience describedCredentials in Business management, PMP, PgMP will be an advantage
