Description of Role and Responsibilities:

The CSR’s main responsibility is to verify the KYC (Know-your-customer) documents submitted by customers - both foreigners and Vietnamese citizens. The CSR will carefully review that the KYC documents submitted matched the account details.He/She will be responsible in accurately accepting or rejecting the KYC verification based on review and providing accurate reason for rejected cases.He/She will be responsible in maintaining the confidentiality of the documents being reviewedAdditional responsibilities may be added as the needs to the business change and expand.

 

Performance:

The CSR is expected to meet / exceed KPI targets set forth by the business.Adhere to working schedule / shifts

 

Qualifications:

At least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field Experience in the field of Customer Service or work related to KYC/review/audit of documentsA strong customer focus and passion to provide as outstanding level of service.
