Responsibilities:

Manage team leaders and a team of QA analysts, whilst overseeing the day-to-day workload of reporting agents Manage operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Assist the Fraud and Finance leadership to develop and implement strategies which will mitigate fraud and enhance payment processing security.Build and present Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting on performance for department insightMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.Team Scheduling Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and resolve issues.Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to fraud and payment processing.

 

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in fraud and payment processing.Previous people management experience and a clear ability to influence and develop others.Strong knowledge of operational procedures, compliance, and risk management.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.An ability to adapt to and integrate new technologies and processes into an existing business.

 

Desired but not essential:

High competence in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)Understanding of Regulations/LCCP with regards to Fraud and Payments respectively
