As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization and maintenance of our company's fleet of vehicles. You will ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and available for use as needed. Additionally, you will manage scheduling, logistics, and documentation related to the fleet operations.

 

MUST BE RESIDING IN VALENZUELA

 

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Keep track of all vehicles in the fleet, including their locations, usage, and maintenance history.Compliance: Ensure that all fleet operations comply with relevant regulations, such as vehicle registration, licensing, and emissions standards.Driver Management: Maintain driver records, including licenses and certifications, and ensure that drivers adhere to company policies and safety regulations.Budgeting: Assist in the development and management of the fleet budget, including forecasting expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Reporting: Generate regular reports on fleet performance, including maintenance costs, fuel consumption, and vehicle utilization.Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, such as mechanics, towing services, and fuel suppliers, to ensure timely and cost-effective services.Emergency Response: Develop and implement contingency plans for emergency situations, such as accidents or vehicle breakdowns.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or any related field.Experience: Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, or a similar role.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with drivers, vendors, and other stakeholders.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues related to vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and logistics.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with fleet management software and other relevant tools for tracking and analyzing fleet operations.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, such as operations, finance, and human resources, to achieve common goals.Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
