As we expand our team, we're on the lookout for a dynamic and creative Villa Specialist to join our team.

💼 The Role: 

As a Villa Sales Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our sales success, responsible for:

Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clientsShowcasing our portfolio of exquisite villas for clients going on a vacationMeeting and exceeding sales targets with finesse Ensuring an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to closing

📚Job Description: 

Maintain professional standards in all coordination and transactions.Achieve pre-agreed rental targets and confirmation rates consistently in accordance with market conditions and management preference.Coordinate availability, rates, and other information requested by the client to the villa owner or management company through telephone calls, email correspondence, and other communication platforms developed and used by the company.Provide excellent customer service through active listening.Recommend alternative villas to clients with utmost consideration to their requirements.Handle complaints with a 24-hour turnaroundFamiliarize with the villa features and service offerings.Ensure payments are settled and collected based on agreed terms and conditions.Achieve superior ratings and feedback from guests.Follow workflows and standard operating procedures (S.O.P.) set by the department leadership.Amenable to ad hoc assignmentsAvailability to Work On-site (Makati area) and through various shifts (morning, mid, and night – until 9 pm), weekends, and holidays.

 💡Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree holder in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or any related course is preferred. At least one (1) year related work experience in travel management, and customer service, have traveled and/or worked abroad.  Fresh graduates with high potential and a strong interest in travel and wellness are welcome to apply.
