Title: Sales Support Specialist

Reporting to: Operations Director

Remuneration: 50,000 PHP monthly basic salary, government-mandated benefits plus HMO Day 1

Location: This is a 100% Remote or work-from-home (WFH) role, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. However, you must reside within Greater Metro Manila to attend the team Christmas party and other social events.

Working hours: 6am to 3pm PHT (Manila, Philippines time)

The Nature of the Role:

Answer phone calls, messages, and emails, handling customer inquiries related to sales and service matters.Process customer quotes, sales orders and invoices, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.Ensuring customer deliveries are tracked, and the client is kept current.Maintain and keep updated customer records.Generate reports on sales activity and performance.Assist with other administrative or project-related tasks as required by the business.

Skills and Experience Required:

Must have at least two years of experience working with IT infrastructure to understand the technology terms.Three years of experience working with a Western (Australian, UK or US) organisation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Must be personable and enjoy building relationships with customers.At least two years of experience in a customer support and processing role.Must have excellent attention to detail.We require a typing speed of at least forty words per minute.You must demonstrate how you can work independently and have taken the initiative in your current or recent role.You must be able to demonstrate how you challenged a colleague's thinking.You must be proficient in MS 365, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.Must be willing to learn about the company's IT solutions, specifically Fortinet. You don’t need to be an expert, but a sound working knowledge is sufficient.Must be willing to take on ad hoc administrative tasks occasionally.It is nice to have experience in Xero, accounting software to raise invoices. If not, you must be willing to learn.It is nice to have experience working with IT vendors and how to keep them accountable.Happy to work in an environment with super busy and also quiet periods.
