Excel and Word proficiency desired. ✪ Excellent listening and comprehension skills required. Job Responsibilities:
  4. Provide information, advice and booking services for people wishing to travel.
  5. Provide literature and information to clients concerning local, domestic, and international tours, travel routes, accommodation, local customs, fares, and travel / airline regulations
  6. Discuss client requirements and advise on suitable options
  7. Plan, prepare and cost itineraries (travel plans) for clients
  8. Make travel, accommodation, and related bookings
  9. Confirm bookings and notify clients of luggage limits and insurance, medical, and currency requirements
  10. Issue tickets for travel, accommodation vouchers and all relevant documentation
  11. Collect payments and maintain records of transactions
  12. Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where required.
  13. Compensation: Negotiable. Will be based on qualifications, skills and experience.
