We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Sales Representative to drive our outreach and contribute to the growth of our dynamic educational community.

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team Your primary function of this role is to make a sales calls and place outbound sales calls to prospects to study online programmes at diploma, degree and postgraduate levels. Leverage outstanding communication and sales skills using an educational approach with empathy and interpretation of customer needs to help customers make the purchase decision.

 

Position Type: Full-Time (Remote)

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Conduct outbound calls to potential leads generated for our online MBA courses.Manage customer interactions by building trust and rapport, leveraging active listening and use conversation tools to overcome objections and drive sales.Demonstrate confidence in asking the right questions, answering all the questions by the prospective students and making the close.Create and efficiently manage a callback schedule to reach and speak with assigned leads.Use tools provided for reporting and garner customer insights.Maintain thorough knowledge of the company and competitor’s products and services.Achieve and exceed institution’s targets for lead conversion and enrollment.Provide accurate and timely information about the university's programs and admission requirements and guide them through the enrollment process.Utilize CRM systems to track progress, send emails to prospects and maintain detailed records of interactions.Must be able to work variable schedule(s) if needed.Ability to work in a fluid and dynamic environment.Perform any other work-related duties as assigned by management

2.      Reach and maintain sales per month according to the annual compensation plan.

3.      Complete goals set in evaluation and goal-setting sessions.

4.      Accuracy and timeliness of essential job duties.

5.      Arriving on time and being prepared to work.

6.      Ability to follow company standards and accept feedback and instructions from management.

7.      Courteous and professional manner with internal teams and external customers.

8.      Complete any special assignments on time and as instructed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1.      Inbound and outbound sales experience.

2.      Excellent communication skills, proper grammar, courteous and professional.

3.      Strong listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

4.      Self-motivated, competitive spirit, enthusiastic, overcomes objections, and confident to ask for             the sale.

5.      Excellent work ethic and integrity.

6.      A proven track record of success in reaching or exceeding goals.

7.      Ability to maintain a professional demeanour through high-intensity communications and call volume.

8.      Ability to learn company policies, procedures, products, coverage, and services.

9.      General knowledge of office practices and procedures along with the ability to operate various office equipment such as a computer, copier/scanner, facsimile machine, and telephone systems.

10.   Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, email programs, voicemail systems, and mobile technology.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School education or equivalent required; college degree preferred.Proven experience in outbound sales experience, including cold calling, preferably in the education sector.Strong conversion mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Self-motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

 

REMUNERATION

PHP 30,000.00 to 33,000.00 

Plus, commission per sale 

PHP 3,000.00 for undergraduate/Masters

PHP 6,000.00 for doctorate 

PHP 600.00 (€10) for diploma
