Seeking a proactive HR Generalist to ensure seamless staffing across all departments and support effective manpower planning. You will collaborate closely with HR Management to streamline Compensation and Benefits Administration, HR Information Systems (HRIS), and Records Management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manpower Planning and Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage job postings, and conduct interviews. Coordinate new hire orientations and maintain personnel records.Documentation: Implement efficient documentation procedures, track personnel movements, and manage notifications for personnel events. Monitor inventory and oversee cost-saving initiatives.Information System and Records Management: Maintain HR data accuracy, process timekeeping, and collaborate with payroll. Prepare analytical reports for HR consolidation.Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation programs, manage timekeeping data, and ensure compliance with policies. Handle employee benefits and government submissions.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; licensed Psychometrician preferred.Minimum 1 year of Recruitment and/or Compensation & Benefits Administration experience.Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP-HCM HANA is a plus.
