RESPONSIBILITIES:Attend duties on 3 different time shifts on a rotational basis.Provide 1st Level support for all OOCL shipping related systems through email, support portals, chat and phone calls. Filter out usage issues from system-related issues.Collaborate with support teams to locate root cause of technical issues and ensure the solution is thoroughly tested prior to production cutover.Monitor the implementation effectiveness and usage; identify areas of improvements in the business processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field.Spoken language(s): English, Mandarin/Cantonese (optional).Willing to work 5-day weeks on shifts, weekends and holidays.
