Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Execution Director to oversee the successful implementation of renewable energy projects in the Philippines and Thailand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on renewable energy technologies. The Project Execution Director will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project execution plans for C&I Solar and hybrid projects
Manage project budgets and timelines
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
Lead a team of project managers and provide guidance and support
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldAbility to travel 70% of the time to rural areas in Luzon, Mindanao and Visayas
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends
