IT Director

Job Summary: The IT Director is responsible for overseeing the company’s information technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations. This role ensures that all IT systems and processes support organizational goals, maintain data security, and enhance business efficiency. The IT Director provides strategic leadership in planning, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions aligned with the company’s long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company’s overall IT strategy and digital transformation roadmap. Oversee daily IT operations, including network management, system administration, software development, and user support. Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data. Manage IT budgets, including cost control, procurement, and vendor negotiations. Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades and system enhancements. Implement cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness. Oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Collaborate with department heads to align technology solutions with business needs.
