Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Marketing&Sales Mgr & Commercial LeaderYour role and responsibilitiesAs a Services Marketing Specialist for Electrification Services business, you will be responsible fo rmulating and i mplement ing marketing strategies to meet business objectives and in line with global and local business strategy. Reporting to Market Development Manager, you will be executing all marketing activities, and support s ales organization in driving the portfolio of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage services.Work Mode: Hybrid #LI-HybridAssessing market potential based on installed base and market data. Defining and implementing go-to-market and lead generation programs and pricing strategy for the full Electrification Services PortfolioEnsuring proper market coverage and pipe generation and f ocusing on timely achievement of orders, sales and Net Promoter Score (NPS).Defining and executing annual marketing plan and focusing on target portfolio analysisEnsuring performance monitoring and market analysis through Salesforce and other relevant toolsCoordinating with Sales team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plansEvaluating and improving end-user and partner ecosystem based on existing market data.Qualifications for the roleDegree qualifications in Engineering or equivalent commercial experienceMinimum of 5 years experience in marketing planning and implementation within the service businessComputer savvy: MS applications, SAP, SalesforceExperience in service of Electrification, Automation or another relevant fieldExcellent communications, strategic and analytical skillsBusiness acumen, entrepreneurial mind-set and result-focusedWhat's in it for you?We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
