This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of imagination and execution. As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing social calendars and executing campaigns that not only capture attention but also drive business growth. You’ll play a key role in producing engaging and creative content. What You’ll Do Campaign Development: Plan, create, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events, partnerships). Creative Content: Produce compelling visuals, copy, and concepts for social media, digital ads, newsletters, and other marketing collateral. Brand Storytelling: Ensure all creative assets align with brand voice, positioning, and identity. Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms, website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and email marketing. Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives support business goals. Trendspotting: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creative opportunities. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience, preferably covering both creative and marketing responsibilities. A strong portfolio showcasing creative content (social media posts, campaigns, graphics, or copywriting). Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO tools, Mailchimp, or similar). Familiarity with design, photography, videography, and content tools (Adobe Creative Suite, DSLR or similar). Highly organized and strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
